Home Watch Services
Sandcastles HW offers absentee homeowners peace of mind by performing visual inspections of homes and property. A multipoint inspection utilizes a customized checklist created to capture the individual characteristics of the house. GPS-enabled software provides a date, time, and location stamp, including documented comments and photos. In addition, the reporting system meets underwriting requirements, proof that your home is under supervision and maintenance, crucial when filing a claim. Our services are the difference between damage and disaster.
Key Holder Services
As your trusted Key Holder, we will open and close your home for contractors, guests, cleaning service, utility services, and deliveries. I can also be your local home alarm provider contact. In addition to being fully insured and bonded, keys are coded and kept separate from the name and address log.
Project Monitoring/Supervision Services
The off-season can be the best time to complete projects as contractors have more time available and often at a lower rate. In addition, our Monitoring Service provides communication, photos, and a general assessment of the project and timelines. Finally, we work with your contractors or provide an A-list of contractors with proven excellence in service and pricing.
Concierge Services
What would make your visits to the shore even better? Home opening and closing, deck and patio furniture in place. A refrigerator stocked with initial essentials. We work with you to create a more accessible and more enjoyable summer stay.
